This notice is issued by MOTOYOE LLC. It describes how we handle information when you use our mobile Application and any support pages that point to this document.
Scope of Collection
MOTOYOE LLC may receive a narrow set of operational records when the Application is installed or opened. Typical examples are IP address, device model and OS version, approximate session length, and crash traces.
Precise GPS coordinates are not requested for ordinary features of the product.
If you write to us, the contents of that message and the address you use are also processed so we can reply.
Why Information Is Processed
We use the records described above to keep the Application running, diagnose failures, understand aggregate feature use, and—where advertising is enabled—measure delivery and limit repetition of ads.
MOTOYOE LLC does not build marketing profiles from government ID numbers, payment card PAN data, or similar high-risk identifiers, because the Application does not collect them.
On-Device Identifiers
Advertising IDs, SDK cookies, and comparable local tokens may be read so partners can attribute installs and cap ad frequency. Companion websites, if any, may set ordinary browser cookies.
You can reset the advertising identifier or restrict tracking from your device or store settings.

Who Else May Receive Data
MOTOYOE LLC discloses limited information to vendors that host, secure, analyze, or monetize the Application, and only to the extent needed for that work.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the Service Provider, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Requests and Controls
Uninstalling the Application stops future collection from that copy. For access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, email motoyoellc@gmail.com.
Platform settings remain available for limiting personalized advertising.
How Long Records Are Kept
Retention follows the purpose of the record: diagnostic logs rotate; support mail may be stored longer if a dispute remains open. Ask motoyoellc@gmail.com if you want a specific record erased.
Users Under 13
The Application is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the comparable minimum age where you live.
If you think a child has sent us personal information, write to motoyoellc@gmail.com and we will delete it where required.
Security Approach
MOTOYOE LLC uses access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No online service can promise perfect security.

If this notice changes in a material way, the new text will appear on this page. The current version took effect on 2026-09-08.
